1. Agreement
By using drillingemergenc.world or our software you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide subscription software that schedules optional desk breaks. The service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. See our Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to form a binding contract. Business users represent they have authority to bind their organization.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep login credentials confidential. Do not misuse the platform, probe security, scrape excessively, or harass others. We may suspend accounts for violations.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Fees are listed on Pricing in U.S. dollars. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Taxes may apply. Refunds are governed by the Return Policy.
6. Intellectual property
We own the site, software, and branding. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during an active subscription.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USING BREAK REMINDERS.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Dispute resolution
Before filing suit, contact us to seek informal resolution. These Terms are governed by Utah law, excluding conflict rules. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts in Washington County, Utah, unless consumer protection law in your state requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
