Digital subscriptions
Drillingemergenc sells access to online desk break scheduling software. Physical returns do not apply.
Free trial
Self-serve plans include a 14-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends through account settings or by emailing us to avoid charges.
Monthly plans
You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. Refunds for the active month are available within 48 hours of purchase if you have not materially used paid features (more than 10 scheduled team seats). Contact billing with your invoice number.
Annual plans
Cancel anytime; no further renewals occur. Within 30 days of renewal, you may request a prorated refund of unused full months if usage is under 10% of purchased seats.
How to request a refund
Email mailuse@drillingemergenc.world with account email, plan name, and reason. Approved refunds post within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account closure.
